We clean accessible residential supply and return ductwork and registers. The owner performs the work and discusses the scope and price with you before starting.

What to expect

  1. We assess the number of HVAC systems and access points.
  2. We protect work areas and wear shoe covers.
  3. We clean the duct system and can share before and after photos.

Optional sanitizer costs $65 per system or zone. HVAC equipment repairs are outside our service.

How pricing works

One system/zone: $380–$599. Two systems/zones: $699–$1,499. We quote based on your systems and the work involved, rather than a fixed charge per square foot. Tell us about construction or renovation and the types and number of pets. A pet-related additional charge, if applicable, is discussed individually.

We prepare estimates from the information you provide. We do not make home visits solely for estimates.
